If you need to open the zip.file, tap on the icon. You will then see a black screen. Tap it to get the option you open the file (icon on the top right of the screen on an iphone)

On your smartphone, you will get the option to choose the program to open the file. Just select Quick Money Recorder to load your data

Choose Quick Money Recorder to open the file and confirm on the next screen

The save by email feature is available on all devices and is included in the subscription plan.
